A pretty Art Deco beaded pattern of ovals and arches is featured on this multi-colored flapper era reticule bag, made in Germany circa 1920s. 

The charming wristlet style bag or purse is sewn with colorful Bohemian glass beads with floral geometric pattern in colors of peridot green, semi-translucent yellow, dark plum, maple brown and black – with black crochet trim, black cord drawstring handle and full lining within.

There are a few loosened beads as shown, but they remain intract. Laid flat, the handbag measues approximately 5&1/4 inches wide by 8 inches long, and has a faded label within which appears to read “Made in Germany”.
